William Dumas – Advisor

Will has worked to help advance the welfare and development of Indigenous communities for over 35 years. Currently he is the Senior Minister of Ganggalah Church and the CEO of Ganggalah Aboriginal Arts & Ganggalah Training Centre based at Tweed Heads, NSW. Additionally, Will is regularly invited to work and minister within remote Indigenous communities across Australia including Arnhem Land, Cape York and The Kimberley’s.
 
Will was born in Parramatta and raised in Redfern with his family originating from the Biripi Nation (Taree, NSW). Will is proud of his heritage and loves his country, he is committed to working with all people to see our First Nation people advance in every sector of society.

Sandra Dumas – Director

Sandra has a long history of working within Aboriginal communities. Some of her previous roles have been: Indigenous Field Officer in Taree, NSW, for the Department Education Training & Youth Affairs; Personal Assistant to the NSW State Coordinator of the Australian and Torres Strait Islander Commission.
 
Sandra currently works as the Indigenous Community Support Worker for women with New Horizons at Tweed Heads, NSW. Additionally, she is the Senior Minister of Ganggalah Church and the General Manager of Ganggalah Aboriginal Arts & Ganggalah Training Centre based at Tweed Heads, NSW.
 
Sandra is from the Bundjalung Nation (Coodjinburra women from Fingal Head, NSW) where she was born and raised. Together with her husband William Dumas, she is actively working to advance the welfare and development of our First Nation people.
 
William and Sandra Dumas oversee the Community side of our organisation where we financially support and partner with Indigenous organisations.

Michael Pultar – Director

Michael has over 35 years of experience in the commercial business sector, he holds interests in a diverse range of companies including commercial foodservice equipment, commercial refrigeration, import and distribution, and the industrial and commercial development spaces.

 

Michael’s experience and industry contacts will be invaluable in ensuring that Dreamtime Equipment Supply will provide a cost effective and efficient service to its customers while ensuring a strong ethical culture is maintained by the business operations, staff and stakeholders.

Michael Lott – General Manager

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business in Management from the University of Newcastle and has over 20 years of leadership and management experience. He has overseen large building projects, developed financial growth strategies, lead and managed teams of staff and volunteers, chaired numerous boards and committees, and launched new programs and initiatives.
 

Michael’s previous roles have included: Business Manager, Senior Executive Pastor and Board Member at Macquarie Life Church in Cardiff, NSW; Senior Leader of Together Church and Community Centre in Maitland, NSW; Regional Leader of the Australian Christian Churches in the Hunter Region of NSW.
